Patù - House

A pearl, hidden in an original village in southern Salento: this antique house from the 18th century, completely renovated less than ten years ago, has approx. 150 sqm of living space and a private garden of approx. 110 sqm.
Let yourself be inspired by the warm colors of the interior and the high ceilings with the typical, star-shaped arches, the comfortable furnishings and the tranquility that exudes this centuries-old building. The house has two bedrooms (each with a double bed, one of which can be separated into two single beds if necessary), two bathrooms with showers, two living rooms (one of which has a double sofa bed, two single sofa beds are also available), a large kitchen.
The house is fully air-conditioned (cold or warm, depending on the season), has mosquito nets on the windows, satellite TV, fireplace and free WiFi. The kitchen is furnished to a high standard with a gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, coffee maker (French press) and cooking utensils.
In your partially shaded private garden there is a dining table for up to 8 people.
The house is located on a very large property and is connected to three other buildings. As a guest of the facility, you can use the pool (approx. 14 x 4 meters) and enjoy the park - 2000 square meters of pure relaxation with palm trees and Mediterranean vegetation, bar corner, toilets, spacious grill corner with outside tables and shady benches.
There are a maximum of 20 additional guests in the entire complex. The property is large enough that enough space and privacy can be ensured for everyone. Your house is the most spacious; If you wish, you can rent additional residential units for friends or family members.

Our property is located in the historic center of the picturesque village of Patù, only 7 km from the long, golden sandy beaches of the Ionian Sea (e.g. Torre Vado, Pescoluse and the “Salento Maldives”). When you leave the entrance gate you will find yourself in the lively streets of the town, where cafes, restaurants and several shops can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
A private parking space is reserved for you on our property. If necessary, additional cars can be parked on the (quiet) street in the immediate vicinity free of charge.
We will be happy to advise you in English before and during your stay.

🛏️ Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €20 per person. Beach/pool towels are not provided.
🧽 Final cleaning is not included and costs €80, unless you clean yourselves before departure.
🐶 Dogs and pets are allowed (max 2 dogs or pets, surcharge €60 per dog/pet). You will need to inform us in advance.
💰 We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €600 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.
⚡ Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kW charged to guests was €0,28 on 23/05/2023, when this text was last updated, but as prices are fluctuating a lot and might hopefully decrease, your actual price per kW will be communicated a few days before your arrival based on the current market price.
We decided not to include electricity costs in the rent in order to: a) keep our rental prices stable compared to 2022, which is an ambitious goal given the 10%+ inflation and b) incentivate our guests to use electricity responsibly, helping us to reach our sustainability goals. - We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all our guests. We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation. Your personal data is treated in full compliance with EU data protection laws.

- Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not allowed at this property unless explicitly authorised beforehand by us in writing.
- In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.
