Your quiet oasis for discovering South Puglia! Just an 800-meter walk from the beach of Marina di Felloniche, nestled in a peaceful hillside setting with sea views, lies this charming, simple stone house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy the large garden, the panoramic views, a relaxing soak in the outdoor whirlpool, and the proximity to the sea, restaurants, and shops for your daily needs.
The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second and third each have a double and a single bed. The double beds can be separated into two single beds if required. A sofa bed (approximately 140 cm wide) in the living room provides an additional sleeping option.
One bathroom with a shower is accessible from the hallway, and the second is accessible from the third bedroom.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas stove, oven, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils for your meals. You can also enjoy your meals outdoors, for example, on the shaded terrace.
Free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, air conditioning in all three bedrooms, and ample parking on the property are available.
The private outdoor hot tub can be used for an additional fee of €120 (one-time setup fee) plus €15 per day (for regular maintenance and water). You can adjust the water temperature to your liking, up to a maximum of 40°C. Enjoy relaxing hot tub massages with sea views anytime!
The beach of Felloniche (sand, pebbles and rocks) is within walking distance of the house. The sandy beaches of Pescoluse are approximately 6 km away. Several restaurants, a pizzeria and shops for daily necessities are also within a 10-15 minute walk. Santa Maria di Leuca, the southernmost tip of Puglia, famous for its lighthouse, is about a 10-minute drive away: here you can rent a boat with or without a skipper and explore the coastline with its sea caves.


🛏️ Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person.
🧽 Final cleaning is not included and costs €120, unless you clean yourselves before departure.
🐶 Dogs and pets are welcome, if you inform us in advance! Surcharge: €0 for the 1st one, €0 each for the others. Usually max 1 large or 2 small ones are allowed, but exceptions might be possible upon request.
💰 We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €600 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.
⚡ Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,42 on 17/04/2026, when this text was last updated. Prices may slightly change over time.

- We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all our guests. We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation. - Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not allowed at this property unless explicitly authorised beforehand by us in writing.
- In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.
- Please note that, like for all houses in Italy, the power allowance of the house is limited and you might not be able to always use all electric appliances simultaneously. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation.
- Unlimited wifi is included in the price for normal use. Fair use policies might apply. Please note that we cannot guarantee any specific connection speed nor coverage across all rooms in the building. We're happy to provide more details upon request.
