Situated in a peaceful spot within the Lido Pizzo Natural Park—and mere meters from a magnificent 40-hectare pine forest—this stunning, eco-friendly designer villa offers the perfect blend of aesthetics, comfort and sophistication year-round. Immerse yourself in a setting where every detail is designed to delight the eye and allow your mind to escape the ordinary.
The complex consists of two towers, each with its own private pool, set on a plot of approximately 7,000 square meters. This listing is for one of the two towers; the other tower will not be rented out during your stay, ensuring the entire property is for your exclusive use, with no shared spaces.
The architecture echoes the style of the ancient watchtowers characteristic of the Salento coast. No reinforced concrete was used; the walls are made of raw earth, and the tuff stone is locally sourced. Many furnishings are by renowned designers or were crafted by the owner himself, a well-known designer and architect specializing in sustainable building.
Your tower is spread across three levels and features two double bedrooms and three bathrooms. The upper-level double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and access to an outdoor terrace offering views of the surrounding countryside and the sea. On the raised ground floor, you will find an elegant living area with a wood-burning fireplace, a sofa and a fold-away double bed. The lower-level double bedroom—also with an en-suite bathroom—features a striking fountain and a bio-ethanol fireplace.
The kitchen is located in a separate building adjoining the towers (connected with the living room) and is equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction cooktop, dishwasher, and oven. There is also an outdoor seating area.
The villa features air conditioning in all bedrooms and complimentary Wi-Fi. The two pools—each measuring approximately 5x5 meters and featuring atmospheric lighting for the evening—are for your exclusive use. The outdoor shower is stunning, complete with a unique owl-shaped screen!

The coastline south of Gallipoli is characterized by long white sandy beaches interspersed with coves that are partly rocky, culminating at the Punta Pizzo promontory. The sea here is crystal-clear, shimmering in various shades of blue and turquoise, while the beaches are often bordered by pine forests and Mediterranean scrub. You can reach the sea from the villa in just a couple of minutes by car or bike, or via a roughly 20-minute walk through the countryside.
Amenities are also close at hand: from your peaceful villa oasis, you are just a short drive from the bustle of Gallipoli and its magnificent historic center, with its narrow alleys, gourmet restaurants, harbour and shops. The southern Salento expressway, easily accessible from the villa, allows you to explore key destinations across the region, from Lecce to Santa Maria di Leuca, from Nardò to Otranto.


🛏️ Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person.
🧽 Final cleaning is not included and costs €140, unless you clean yourselves before departure.
🐶 Dogs and pets are welcome, if you inform us in advance! Surcharge: €150 for the 1st one, €75 each for the others. Usually max 1 large or 2 small ones are allowed, but exceptions might be possible upon request.
💰 We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €1000 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.
⚡ Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,45 on 14/09/2026, when this text was last updated. Prices may slightly change over time.

- In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.
- There might be security cameras outside the property, pointing at the garden, the terraces or the parking area. There are no security cameras inside the house or in private areas.
- Please note that, like for all houses in Italy, the power allowance of the house is limited and you might not be able to always use all electric appliances simultaneously. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation.
- Unlimited wifi is included in the price for normal use. Fair use policies might apply. Please note that we cannot guarantee any specific connection speed nor coverage across all rooms in the building. We're happy to provide more details upon request.
- This property is managed by our local partner in Gallipoli, who will be available for you during your stay.
