Completely renovated in early 2026, this high-end villa, featuring designer furniture, a large private pool and a garden, is located in the endless space of southern Apulia. Once a simple farmhouse with a bakehouse and stable, it is now a fantastic retreat for a truly special holiday!

The villa has three double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room. In two of the bedrooms, an armchair can be converted into a single bed (ideal for children). The sofa bed in the living room provides sleeping space for two additional guests, allowing the villa to accommodate up to 10 people. Please note, however, that the bathrooms are only accessible through the bedrooms.
The designer kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils.
There are several shaded outdoor areas where you can relax and enjoy your meals. A barbecue, Wi-Fi and a washing machine are provided. The large pool and garden are, of course, exclusively yours. A shaded carport (equipped with a photovoltaic system) is available for your vehicles. There are no immediate neighbors, ensuring peace and maximum privacy.
The villa is located between Ugento and Taurisano, both towns approximately 5 km away. There you will find supermarkets, restaurants, ice cream parlors, bakeries and everything else you might need for daily life. The sandy beaches of Torre San Giovanni, as well as other beaches and picturesque coves like the Baia dei Diavoli with its crystal-clear water, are approximately 12-15 km away.



🛏️ Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person.
🧽 Final cleaning is not included and costs €160, unless you clean yourselves before departure.
🐶 Pets are NOT allowed in this property.
💰 We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €1000 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.
⚡ Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,45 on 21/04/2026, when this text was last updated. Prices may slightly change over time.

- Please note that, like for all houses in Italy, the power allowance of the house is limited and you might not be able to always use all electric appliances simultaneously. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation.
- Unlimited wifi is included in the price for normal use. Fair use policies might apply. Please note that we cannot guarantee any specific connection speed nor coverage across all rooms in the building. We're happy to provide more details upon request.
